What food do you supply?
For Dogs - We supply dry food only, mixed with a little water to help aid digestion. You can bring your own dry and/or wet food if you prefer. We also have fridge/freezers with lots of space to store as many meals as needed. It does not cost extra to bring and store your own food.
For Cats - We supply both wet and dry food. You can bring your own dry and/or wet food if you prefer. We also have fridge/freezers with lots of space to store as many meals as needed. It does not cost extra to bring and store your own food.
Can my dogs/cats share a kennel but be fed separately?
Yes! If you let us know when you drop off them off that you would like them to be fed separately, then we will make sure to separate them at every meal time.
My dog/cat is on medication, am I able to bring it with me? Will it cost more?
We are happy to administer medication at no extra cost. When you arrive, let us know what your routine is (with or without food, morning or night) and we will follow it.
Do I need to have show you my dogs/cats vaccination certificate?
Yes. We will not be able to look after your dog or cat without seeing proof of vaccination. All vaccination certificates must be current and not expired. We do not accept any vaccination certificates that are out of date.
Does my dog get much playtime?
We take your dog/s out multiple times a day. We have lots of balls and rope toys they get to play with (tug of war is our favourite). If they prefer cuddles, then we sit with them and give them as many pats as they want. Or if they just want to wander around and enjoy all the different smells, then we walk beside them and have a good old chat with them about their day.
Does my dog get to socialise with other dogs?
Due to safety reasons we keep all dogs separate (unless they come together). We enjoy having 1 on 1 time with them, whether its giving them as many pats as possible or chasing the ball as much as they can, they each get all of our attention.
Do your air-conditioned kennels cost more? Are your outdoor kennels sheltered?
It is the same price regardless if your dog is in an inside kennel or an outside kennel.
Our outdoor kennels are fully sheltered with fans on 24/7 during our warmer months.
What if I cant drop off or pick up in your opening times?
While we have morning and afternoon opening hours, we also offer out of hours drop off and pick ups. This needs to be arranged prior to arrival as there is an out of hours fee that must be paid beforehand.
Can I pay when I pick up?
All bookings must be paid in full via bank transfer at least 5 days prior to drop off. Cash payments must be paid in full upon drop off. Payments are not accepted on pick up.
